A Message from Your Mayor and General Manager

Glen Innes Severn Council embraces town and country.

We’re a warm, vibrant community with spirit and soul, proud of our history, of our unique gifts - of our Celtic heritage.

We warmly welcome visitors, for we have much to share. We welcome, too, new residents, development and investment.

As a Council, we’re committed to:

·        Excellence in customer service.

·        Fostering tourism and economic development.

·        Open communication – a non-bureaucratic approach.

·        Discussing solutions rather than problems.

·        Seeing change as opportunity rather than threat.

·        Working as a team, and co-operatively with neighbouring Councils.

Residents in electing the newly merged Council did so with excitement and expectation of the brightest future. Above all, we are committed to fulfilling that expectation.

Council's administration centre is located at:-

265 Grey Street, Glen Innes N.S.W. 2370

The office is open to the public between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
